BURBANK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 19, 1996--dick clark productions inc. (NASDAQ:DCPI) has made three senior staff promotions in its accounting department, according to Ken Ferguson, chief financial officer.
Bill Simon, CPA, was named controller of dick clark productions. He has been with the company since March 1991, and previously served as assistant controller beginning in July 1994. In his new position, Simon will have a wide variety of financial responsibilities in the company, including the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.
