On Wednesday a prominent investor group comprised of Brightstar Founder, CEO, and Chairman, Marcelo Claure and, international soccer powerhouse Futbol Club Barcelona plan to announce their bid for a Miami franchise to MLS soccer Commissioner Don Garber.
