South Africa's freedom independence and one-man-one-vote rule have been the law of the land since 1994, when South African citizens adopted their new constitution. Unfortunately, this document has become a paper tiger, because the black majority government could not implement the statutes in ways that would benefit its own race. Couple this with the centuries-old cult-like traditions that keep blacks bound to their roots and they have a recipe for the continued "drowning" of the entire continent.
