Smartcool Systems Inc. has signed a distribution agreement with Williams Evergreen Ltd. (WGL), Barbados, to become the exclusive distributor for all Smartcool products in the territory of Barbados. Williams Evergreen Ltd. was established as a subsidiary of Williams Industries Inc., a diversified Caribbean corporation, and has already completed a successful installation of Smartcools Energy Savings Module (ESM(TM)) at The Pine Hill Dairy in Barbados.
