Registrations were already 66% ahead of 1994's by June; this year's show will share spotlight with German dairy and meat industry exhibitions.

Germany is closing in on Britain and France, and may soon displace them as the number one frozen food market in Europe. InterCool, meanwhile, is bidding to become the number one frozen food show in Europe.

InterCool '96 is only the second edition of this International Trade Fair for Frozen Foods, Ice Cream and Refrigeration Technology, but by July 275 exhibitors had already signed up for some 11,000 square meters - 66% more than in 1994.
