WAYNE, N.J. and HAUPPAUGE, N.Y., Sept. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- International Specialty Products Inc. (NYSE: ISP) and United-Guardian, Inc. (AMEX: UG) announced today the extension of their marketing alliance whereby ISP will become the exclusive marketer of a number of United-Guardian products to the personal care industry in North, Central, and South America. This agreement supplements an agreement already in place which provides ISP exclusive marketing rights in certain European markets and the Asia/Pacific region. The products, which include the Lubrajel(R) line of water-based moisturizing gels, are manufactured by United-Guardian using proprietary technology.
