Operators of MPDs at newer, high-volume stations with three- and five-phase submersible pumps may be the most likely candidates for flow limiter products that ensure compliance with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's new 10-gpm (gal./min.) restriction, the so called "spitback rule."
