SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 25, 1996--The Indus Group Inc. (NASDAQ:IGRP), announced today that Basin Electric Power Cooperative (the Cooperative) has purchased its PassPort Software Solutions for use throughout the Cooperative.
Headquartered in Bismark, N.D., Basin Electric Power Cooperative is a consumer-owned regional cooperative and a wholesale power supplier to over 550,000 customers. The scope of the contract with INDUS provides for the licensing and implementation of Work Management, Inventory, Purchasing, and Contract Management Systems along with the PORTAL/G client workstation products across its operations.
