Article: J.C. Flowers grows on Fifth Avenue; Investment firm will double its space by adding a floor; good location, views.(Real Estate)

Investment firm J.C. Flowers & Co. is doubling its space at 717 Fifth Ave. to about 16,300 square feet. The firm just signed a 10-year lease for roughly 8,400 square feet, the entire 21st floor of the building between East 55th and East 56th streets. The asking rent was $150 a square foot. J.C.
