GOLDEN, Colo., Sept. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- ACX Technologies, Inc., through its subsidiary Golden Technologies Company, Inc., completed the acquisition of New World Power do Brazil from New World Power Corporation (Nasdaq: NWPC). New World Power do Brazil is a Rio de Janeiro-based company, which distributes, markets and installs solar electric products and systems.
