The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (Minneapolis, Minnesota), is undergoing a transformation. Evangelist Billy Graham, 77, suffers from Parkinson's disease. He hasn't preached since last December, when he fell in a New York hotel and injured his ribs.
The board of the association elected Billy's son, Franklin, first vice chairman with the right to succeed his father when he steps aside. Franklin appeared with his father for the first time at a crusade last fall in Canada.
