Mayor Michael Nutter, National Urban League President & CEO Marc H. Morial, and elected city officials will convene on Friday, October 10th at 10:00am for the ribbon cutting ceremony to launch the Urban League of Philadelphia's Entrepreneurship Center (ULEC). The ceremony will take place in the North American Building, 121 S. Broad Street (off Sansom Street), 10th Floor, in Center City (see also Urban League of Philadelphia).
