NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 4, 1996--Thomas G. Cigarran, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Healthcorp, Inc. (Nasdaq/NM:AMHC), today announced financial results for the fourth quarter and for fiscal 1996. Total revenues for the fourth quarter, which ended August 31, 1996, were $16,340,000, up from $14,591,000 for the fourth quarter of fiscal 1995. Net income was $1,102,000, or $0.13 per share, for the latest quarter compared with $894,000, or $0.11 per share, for the same period the prior fiscal year.
