WORCESTER - After graduating from Suffolk University Law School in 1975, Richard T. Tucker served as a law clerk for the associate justices of the state's Superior Court.
Yesterday, he officially joined their ranks.
About 100 people attended an induction ceremony yesterday afternoon at the Worcester Trial Court for the 61-year-old Northboro resident, who was nominated to the Superior Court bench Sept. 9 by Gov. Deval L. Patrick and whose appointment was confirmed Oct. 1 by the Governor's Council.
Judge Tucker was sworn in Wednesday at the Statehouse in Boston and was formally inducted as a Superior Court judge ...
