The Hudson Valley, stretching from Albany to Orange Counties - with Ulster County at its center - and boasting one of the finest transportation networks and best educated work forces in the country, is poised to become one of the nation's leading high-tech centers, according to Alan Ginsberg, president of the Ulster Business Complex Realty Corporation, which is purchasing the 2.5 million square-foot former IBM site in Kingston, now known as the Ulster Business Complex.
