Fairhaven Shipyard & Marina recently purchased D.N. Kelly & Son Shipyard. The deal consolidates the services of two long-established marine facilities on the Fairhaven, Mass., waterfront under the same management structure. The new company is called Fairhaven Shipyard Companies Inc. The two facilities will be known as the North Yard and South Yard.
