MINNEAPOLIS, Oct. 8 -- CNS, Inc., (Nasdaq-NNM: CNXS) announced today that it has filed suit in the U.S. District Court for Minnesota against Breathe Better, Inc., which has offered for sale a product that CNS believes infringes the patents protecting CNS' Breathe Right(R) nasal strip.
"While we believe that the Breathe Better product has achieved little if any distribution, the company has continued to attempt to market it after being notified that it infringes these patents," said Daniel E.
