Russia's EuroChem signs agreement on $1.5-bln syndicated loan

MOSCOW. Oct 21 (Interfax) - Russia's EuroChem Mineral Chemical Company has signed an agreement with several foreign banks on a four-year syndicated loan for $1.5 billion, the company said in a statement.

A source at one of the banks that is arranging the loan told Interfax that the deal has already been closed.

The leading organizers of the loan are ABN AMRO Bank N.V., BTMU (EUROPE) Limited, Barclays Capital, Bayerische Hypo-Und Vereinsbank AG, BNP Paribas S.A., ING Bank N.V., Orgresbank, Societe Generale and its Russian branch Banque Societe Generale Vostok. Commerzbank joined these ...
