Vitamin B6 is an important nutrient that appears to be effective for preventing or treating a wide range of health conditions, including asthma, carpal tunnel syndrome, cardiovascular disease, premenstrual syndrome, nausea and vomiting of pregnancy, and some types of epilepsy and depression.
