Joost Maijvis, a senior trainer and facilitator for inspirational breathwork, will be in Durban for three one-day workshops next week.
Inspirational breathwork is a healing and self-enrichment modality that uses a conscious diaphragmatic breathing pattern that opens restricted breathing patterns, clears the subconscious mind and connects us to higher levels of consciousness, says Maijvis.
