AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2008 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
Airport operators Aeroports de Paris SA and NV Luchthaven Schiphol (Schiphol Group) have announced plans to create an industrial cooperation and cross-shareholding agreement.
The cooperation agreement has an initial term of 12 years.
Under the agreement Aeroports de Paris will acquire 8% of Schiphol Group share capital through a reserved capital increase, which represents an investment totalling EUR370m, while Schiphol Group will acquire 8% of Aeroports de Paris share capital from the French state at EUR67 per share, for a total investment of EUR530m.
