Swedish investor Investment AB Latour (OMX Stockholm:LATO A) (OMX Stockholm:LATO B) said on Tuesday (21 October) that its subsidiary, Specma AB, the parent company of Latour's business area Engineering Technology, has acquired the Japanese company Nord-Lock Japan Co Ltd.

No financial details were disclosed.

Nord-Lock Japan, based in Osaka, is an independent reseller of products from Latour's bolt securing systems business Nord-Lock AB. The company has annual sales ...
