NOKIA GETS TOUCHY ABOUT MUSIC AND STYLE

October 16, 2008 (PTI Economic Service) -- The market for touch screen devices in the country is hotting up with leading handset manufacturer Nokia planning to launch its first touch screen handset priced below Rs 20,000 in India by the end of this year.
The Finland-based handset maker seems to have out-buzz the iPhone with the launch of its own rival offering, the touch screen music device --- Nokia 5800 XpressMusic in London this month. In London the phone would be available for 279 Euro. India is a big market for us.... The device would be available in India by the end of this year, ...
