MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 15, 1996--QUEBECOR PRINTING (ME, TSE: IQI) (NYSE: PRW) -- Quebecor Printing Inc. announces the acquisition, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Quebecor Printing (USA) Corp., of 81.3 percent of Sayers Communications Group, a leading commercial printer in St. Louis, Missouri.
