Reports: Candidates lowon cash
Most of the Santa Fe County Commission candidates reported that their campaign funds were exhausted or nearly so after the primary election.
Kathleen Holian, winner of the Democratic primary for the District 4 Commission seat, was the exception. Holian reported raising $7,275, the most of anyone in the final reporting period. She also reported $23,400 worth of debt, all money she loaned herself, according to a report she filed with the Secretary of State's Office at the end of June.
