Sen. Barack Obama's campaign manager said Friday the race for Wisconsin's 10 electoral votes was all but over, with the Illinois senator building a nearly insurmountable lead.
Obama's lead over Sen. John McCain has strengthened in the upper Midwestern states of Minnesota and Wisconsin and "it's hard to see a pathway for McCain to come back there," campaign manager David Plouffe said.
