PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 24, 1996--Interstate Hotels Company (NYSE:IHC), today announced that it has entered into an agreement to purchase the Burlington Radisson Hotel in Burlington, Vermont.
The Burlington Radisson is a 255-room, eight story hotel, located in downtown Burlington and overlooking Lake Champlain. The hotel is within walking distance to all downtown locations including the attractive waterfront area, which is popular with tourists, and is a short drive to some of Vermont's finest ski areas.
