28 OCTOBER 2008 BRUSSELS (Pacnews) --- Vanuatu has initialled the African, Caribbean and Pacific parliamentary assembly charter.
The ACP charter provides an institutional framework for the work of ACP Parliamentarians. It was agreed to by the ACP-EU Joint Parliamentary Assembly (JPA) in Bamako, Mali, in 2005.
Vanuatus education minister, Charlot Salwai this week signed the ACP Joint Parliamentary Charter at the ACP Secretariat in Brussels.
His signature comes a month before Vanuatu hosts the 2nd Regional Meeting of the ACP-EU Joint Parliamentary Assembly ...
