Magda Liska, Appomattox, Virginia, writes: "I thought it was funny when Mona (my 17 month old Border Collie/Australian Shepherd cross) found a toad, grabbed it, spit it out and then shook her head repeatedly while foaming and drooling heavily. I had no idea it could be a dangerous practice until my neighbor gave me the following article. I hope the "distasteful" experience taught her a lesson.
