Egypt launches cement projects in North Sinai Prime Minister Ahmed Nazif inaugurated cement projects in the North Sinai governorate, the official Middle East News Agency reported. Nazif inaugurated the second production line for Sinai Cement Company for a total cost of LE 1 billion and a capacity of 5.1 million tons per year, which raises the total production capacity for the company to 9.2 million tons per year. Nazif also inaugurated the white cement factory for a total capacity of 410,000 tons per year, and another factory for cement packing.
