Thousands Attend Auction Hoping to Purchase Equipment, Property, Horses
ROTHBURY, Mich. -- The largest parcel of the Double JJ Ranch and Resort was auctioned off today for $8.650 million to BankFirst of Minnesota, a primary noteholder of the resort. Additionally, the Thoroughbred Golf Club sold for $1 million and the entire personal property lot of equipment and animals, including horses, dogs, chickens, cows, etc., sold for $150,000 to undisclosed purchasers. Personal condos also sold for smaller amounts.
