MANILA, Oct. 29 (PNA) -- Agents of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) seized alleged counterfeit car air-conditioning parts worth Pph1.1 million during a raid in Mandaluyong City on Tuesday afternoon.
Regional Director Elfren Meneses, chief of the NBI Intellectual Property Rights Division (IPRD), said the operation stemmed from the complaint lodged by Borders Enterprises for alleged violation of Intellectual Property Rights Code of the Philippines otherwise known as RA 8293.
