SPRINGFIELD - Sometimes big things come in small packages.
For instance, Springfield senior Mike Travess, who is generously listed on the roster as 5-feet-7, 170 pounds.
"He's like a package of dynamite ... it comes in a small package, but it's got a lot inside of it," fellow senior Dusty Jarvis said.
On Friday night at Silke Field, Travess was as dangerous as a package of dynamite.
After Jarvis left the game with an ankle injury during the first series, Travess took command - rushing for career highs of three touchdowns and 132 yards to lead the Millers to a 21-7 victory over No. 8 ...
