SCHAUMBURG, Ill. -- Health at Home by Sunbeam kicked off a host of activities this month, in conjunction with the recent debut of its Breast Self Exam Program, to coincide with National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
"We're partnering with Y-Me to sponsor breast health workshops across the country," said Dave MacNair, director of marketing. "We started this month and it's going to continue through the year and into 1997."
Y-Me National Breast Cancer Organization provides a toll-free national hot line, educational services and counseling for women with breast cancer. Sunbeam has aligned itself with Y-Me to offer educational workshops and promote its product.
