NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 4, 1996--David Hall, Senior Vice President of Cable Networks for Gaylord Entertainment Company (NYSE:GET) has been named President of the Gaylord Communications Group effective December 1, said E.W. Wendell, President of Gaylord Entertainment.

Hall will replace the retiring Tom Griscom, 69, who founded The Nashville Network and has led the Company's broadcasting and cable operations for more than a decade. Griscom has been with the Company for 45 years.
