Nov. 3--SUNBURY -- If necessary, Northumberland County board of elections and voter registration officials will make paper ballots available to voters in Tuesday's general election. "We already made provisions to provide paper ballots if any of our electronic voting machines malfunctioned, but we plan to abide by the recent court order requiring us to have the emergency paper ballots available," commented Mary Thew, director of the board of elections/voter registration office in Sunbury.
