A unique system that allows hard cheese producers to cut costs and reduce their carbon footprint by avoiding the use of cardboard in the manufacturing process is now available in the UK and Ireland.
Wincanton Cheese Systems has signed an agency agreement for the UK and Ireland with Mercer Technologies for its CCP cartonless cheese production system.
