Technology Acquisition Enhances XcelleNet's Remote Ware Offering
ATLANTA, Nov. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- XcelleNet(R), Inc. (Nasdaq-NNM: XNET), a leading developer of remote access utility software, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the WorldLink(TM) line of products from Technology Development Systems, Inc. (TDS), a wholly owned subsidiary of The Netplex Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: NTPL). WorldLink is a family of communications products that simplify how remote and mobile users access enterprise network systems.
