WORCESTER - Brian Hyland. Chris Montez. Johnny Tillotson. If these names ring a bell with you, then chances are you were a teenager in the late 1950s and early 1960s and saw these early rock 'n' roll stars on Dick Clark's "American Bandstand" TV dance party.
Saturday night at the Hanover Theatre for the Performing Arts, Hyland, Montez and Tillotson joined forces with fellow former teen idols Fabian, The Chiffons and singer Bobby Vee in a two-hour production titled "The Original Stars of `American Bandstand.'"
