Bridgestone Americas Holding Inc. (BSAH) has begun a restructuring process that will result in the renaming of the firm's operating units effective Jan. 1, with the Firestone name being dropped from most of the titles.
The following name changes will take place: BSAH to Bridgestone Americas Inc. (BSAM); Bridgestone Firestone North American Tire L.L.C. (BFNT) to Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations L.L.C. (BATO); BFS Retail & Commercial Operations L.L.C. (BFRC) to Bridgestone Retail Operations L.L.C.
