MINNEAPOLIS, Nov. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Rimage Corporation (Nasdaq: RIMG) today reported its consolidated financial results for the three and nine month periods ended September 30, 1996. Effective September 29, 1995, Rimage Corporation and Dunhill Software Services completed a merger. For financial reporting purposes, the merger was recorded using the pooling-of-interests method of accounting. Accordingly, the historical financial statements of Rimage presented for the three and nine month periods ended September 30, 1995 were restated to include the historical accounts and results of operations of Dunhill.
