Ask any online searcher what they'd like to have to help them with their work, and most likely their answer will be "More time, please."
For years searchers have been battling the issue of time. "It's all in the computer, isn't it? Why do you need an hour to get my answers? All you have to do is type in a couple of keystrokes." And so on and so on.
