Nov. 6--HAMBURG -- How do you make a good neighborhood even better?
About two dozen residents of Hamburg are working together to do just that, and on Wednesday night they came up with several ideas to improve their neighborhood in the southern area of Hamburg. Julia Smith, a resident of South Fourth Street, suggested fun community events like block parties, neighborhood yard sales and a neighborhood cleanups to bring residents together.
