FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 12, 1996--Carnival Air Lines, a leader in low-fare air transportation, has slashed the cost of Thanksgiving holiday travel on select routes between New York and South Florida.
With the airline's "Turkey Day Sale," passengers can fly between JFK (New York) and Fort Lauderdale, Miami or Palm Beach - or between Islip (Long Island, N.Y.) and Fort Lauderdale, Orlando or Tampa - for $69 each way, based on a round-trip purchase. The fare does not require advance purchase. Travel must commence Thursday, Nov. 28 and end Friday, Nov. 29.
