CLEVELAND, Nov. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- North Coast Energy, Inc. (Nasdaq: NCEB) announced today that the Company and Lomak Petroleum, Inc. (NYSE: LOM) had settled their litigation between the two companies. As part of the settlement, North Coast has expanded its Board of Directors from six to nine members. The new board includes all six members of North Coast's prior board plus three Lomak representatives. The Lomak representatives include John H. Pinkerton, C. Rand Michaels and Steven L. Grose. Additionally, Garry Regan, North Coast's President, has been elected Chairman of the Board of Directors, while Charles M. Lombardy, Jr. retains the position of Chief Executive ...
