IN Barack Obamas victory speech on Tuesday night, his two young daughters received early mention. Sasha and Malia said the President-elect would be getting a new puppy to bring with them to their new home in Washington.
The Obamas might be caving into their childrens dream of canine ownership or they might only be keeping up with the Presidential tradition of having labradors or scotties gambolling across the White Houses manicured lawns.
Whatever the reason, one thing is certain it wouldnt be happening without the formidable Michelle Obamas say-so.
