SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 12, 1996--Maxwell Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ/NMS:MXWL) Tuesday announced that John Werderman has been appointed chief operating officer of the Maxwell Federal Division Inc., a subsidiary of Maxwell Technologies Inc.
Werderman has more than 20 years of senior management experience and joins Maxwell after spending 15 years at M/A-COM Inc. Most recently, he was president and general manager of M/A-COM's Government Products Operation in Hunt Valley, Md.
