VAN NUYS, Calif. -- Regency Lighting, a national lighting distributor, and Joni and Friends, an international disabilities charity, have teamed together to create a pediatric wheelchair that expands and adjusts as a child grows. Traditionally, a child grows out of a pediatric wheelchair and requires another chair once they reach adulthood, but the innovative technology and fully adjustable features of the new Regency Chair eliminates this issue.
