African leaders have called for an immediate ceasefire in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, amid renewed fighting between government forces and rebels.The calls came at a meeting in Nairobi on Friday, as the UN accused the National Congress for the Defence of the People (NCDP) of deliberately killing civilians in North Kivu province.
