Nov. 8--Four games into the season, and the Hutchinson Community College men have a backcourt combination that is already on the same page.
They share a last name, but the style of freshman guards Darius Johnson-Odom and Ty Johnson couldn't be much different, as witnessed in Friday's 81-62 win against Fort Scott at the Sports Arena.
Johnson-Odom poured in a game-high 23 points, had six rebounds and five assists, while Johnson had eight points, nine rebounds and five assists.
But the contrast -- Johnson-Odom the scorer and Johnson the guy who sets it up -- couldn't be more perfect for the 20th-ranked Blue Dragons. ...
